If you choose a discounted advance purchase class pass, a link to book your chosen classes will be emailed to you. It is important to use this link to book your classes otherwise your classes won’t be booked.

When you book online, there is the option to complete a short health questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire if you are joining us for the first time or if there have been any changes since you completed one; otherwise the form only needs to be completed once.

If you are booking a Weekend Pop-up Retreat, please note that the start date of your retreat only shows on the booking system.

Terms and conditions

Classes at The Drawing Room must be booked and paid for in advance to confirm your place.

Drop-in’s on the day for weekly classes at Crispin Hall are possible but it is advisable to check there is space before travelling. Payments can be made online or in person by cash, credit or debit card.

Private lessons, 1;1s, courses, workshops, pop-up and weekend retreats must be paid in full to confirm your place.

We regret no refunds can be given for classes, private lessons, 1:1s, workshops, courses, pop-up and weekend retreats, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, work, family or other reasons.

Classes booked and paid for in advance can be rescheduled online via the bookings system or your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the start time of the class. Payment is due in full for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the class; this is because expenses including venue hire and travel costs may still be incurred as a result of late cancellations and it may not be possible to offer the place to someone else.

Private lessons and 1:1s can be rescheduled by emailing or at least 7 days prior to the appointment.

Class passes provide a discounted rate and must be used within 3 months of the date of issue. No refunds can be given for unused class passes.

Carolyn Smith Yoga and Mental Health reserves the right to cancel classes and events due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

A minimum number of bookings are required for events (workshops, courses, pop-up and weekend retreats); in the event of insufficient bookings to make an event viable, you will be informed of the cancellation at least 7 days before the date of the event and be given a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

You will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions when you made a booking via the booking system.

Privacy Notice

Carolyn Smith Yoga and Mental Health (CSY) takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy sets out how CSY uses and protects any information that you give to us.

What we collect
We may collect the following information:
First and last name;
Email address;
Medical and health information;
Emergency name and contact information.

What we do with the information we gather
We collect this information to provide a personalised and safe service, and, if you have signed up for emails and newsletters, we will periodically send promotional emails and newsletters about new services and special offers. Contact information may also be used to contact you if you have booked a class that needs to be cancelled at short notice, for example due to severe weather. An emergency name and contact number are requested but you do not need to provide this information. Emergency contacts will only be used in the event of an emergency if you choose to provide this information.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. When you book online with CSY, you will be taken to Acuity, our booking system. The booking system will ask you for your name, email and telephone number. Online payments are also taken through Acuity using Stripe. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, this can be arranged by you emailing us.

In order to receive information about new classes, courses and workshops, special offers, plus any new services we may offer, you can choose to sign up for occasional emails and newsletters. We use Mailchimp to provide this service. Our sign up form asks for your first and last name and your email address only. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you do not wish to sign up, you can also find out about our services and special offers from our website and Facebook page.

Information provided by you electronically or on paper is stored securely for a period of 7 years.

Website cookies
We may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. If you wish to stop the use of cookies on your browser, please refer to your browser’s setting for cookies.

When you visit our website, we use a third- party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This provides us with information such as the number of people who visited the site. The information provided by Google Analytics is anonymous.

Links to other websites
CSY is not responsible for your personal information on other websites linked to or from CSY. When you use a link to go from CSY to another website, our privacy notice is no longer in effect. Your interaction with the other website is subject to the policies of that website.

Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to anyone unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us. Any incorrect information will be promptly corrected or removed. You do not have to provide personal information to CSY however it may not be possible to provide you with certain services due to potential health and safety risks.
