Terms and conditions
Please carefully read our terms and conditions before signing up for classes, events, private lessons or mental health services.
Bookings and drop-ins
Classes, workshops, courses, retreats, 1:1 yoga lessons and mental health services must be booked and paid for in advance to confirm your place.
Drop-in’s on the day for weekly yoga classes are possible but it is advisable to check there is space before travelling. If space is not available, unfortunately you will not be able to participate.
Payments can be made online at least 1 hour before your class or event, if spaces are available, or in person by credit or debit card.
Regretfully, no refunds can be given for classes, blocked booked classes, workshops, courses, retreats, private lessons and mental health services, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, work or family reasons. See below for information on rescheduling bookings.
Individual yoga classes booked online can be rescheduled if done via the bookings system at least 24 hours before the start of the class. If your class starts at 9.30am on Saturday, and you wish to reschedule, you must complete this online by 8.29am on Friday. This is because the online booking system counts every minute!
Workshops, courses, retreats and block bookings for classes cannot be rescheduled.
Private yoga lessons and 1:1 mental health sessions can be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the start of your session. Please email email@example.com to request an alternative appointment.
Class and event cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If a class or event needs to be cancelled, you will be offered the option of a refund or for your booking to be transferred to another class or event.
A minimum number of bookings are required for events (workshops, courses and retreats); in the event of insufficient bookings to make an event viable, you will be informed of the cancellation at least 7 days before the date of the event and be given a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another event.
Medical and health information
When booking online, please complete the health questionnaire as part of your booking. This needs to be completed only once unless you have new concerns about your health, sustain a new injury, become pregnant or are diagnosed with a new condition.
By attending a yoga class or event, you agree that you will take responsibility for your own health and safety, follow advice given, not push into pain and stop and rest when needed.
