If you’d like to start practicing at home and aren’t sure where to start, two packages of videos have been filmed. The videos are designed to support your practice between classes; the format mirror that of Carolyn’s classes and two of Carolyn’s students appear in them.
The videos are suitable for beginners. It is recommend to use them alongside weekly classes so individual modifications can be provided and Carolyn can work with you where you are at in a way that isn’t possible on video.
The first video is £6 and is called Hatha Yoga. You will also receive a short video on ujjayi breathing. Hatha Yoga is just over 40 minutes long and includes sun salutations, standing and seated poses plus relaxation.
A Mindful Yoga and Yoga Nidra for Sleep package is also available. These videos are ideal if you ever feel tense, anxious, stressed or too busy, or would like a gentle practice to make space for yourself. The Mindful Yoga video is just under 40 minutes and includes a 10 minute relaxation. The Yoga Nidra for Sleep is a 10 minute video. You are not woken up at the end! This package is £8.
