Walk Tall is a monthly membership with a rolling contract that can be cancelled at any time. The monthly payment of £50 is taken automatically using the card you signed up with each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your next payment is due.

Unfortunately no refunds can be given.

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If a class needs to be cancelled, replacement classes will be scheduled as soon as practically possible.

Prior to attending live or on-demand classes, you will be prompted to complete a short health questionnaire. If further information is needed, you will be contacted to arrange a discussion.

For online live and on-demand classes, you must follow safety instructions throughout the session. When participating in any exercise programme, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you experience any discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice. Please check with a health professional if you have any concerns. 

If you engage in online live and on-demand classes, you agree to do so at your own risk. You are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself. Carolyn Smith Yoga and Mental Health accepts no responsibility for any damage (to possessions or persons) while undertaking the activities in videos or online sessions.

Walk Tall Membership

Discover how to calm the mind and feel better.

What you'll get:

  • 4 live yoga classes on Zoom including strong dynamic yoga, gentle yoga and yoga nidra.
  • A live weekly yoga philosophy session on Zoom linking wisdom from yoga and psychology to integrate your learning.
  • A weekly 15 minute breathing class.

  • An online members only portal with 24/7 access to all Walk Talk yoga classes so you can catch up if you aren't able to join a class live.
