But, there can be a hidden struggle. A struggle driven by fear, overwhelm and anxiety.

It may be that others aren't aware of the inner-struggle; that you often feel on the edge of burnout.

Despite reading books, joining courses, attending counselling or CBT, life continues to be a struggle.

You may wake up in the night going through all the things that might happen, plan for every eventuality and find it almost impossible to slow the over-thinking mind. Perhaps you often have stomach issues, feel sick, experience stress-related headaches or migraines, find it difficult to take a full breath or become unwell when you finally take a holiday.
