Walk Tall 1:1

Shift long-held patterns that hold you back.

Build resilience and capability for change.

Make the change you need and want.

Carolyn works with a small number of 1:1 clients at any time, empowering them to bring about significant changes in their lives, including finding ease from stress, anxiety, the paralysis that can result from over-thinking and repeatedly being on the edge of burnout.

In 1:1 sessions, Carolyn works in partnership with you, building a safe relationship, talking, listening and interacting with you.

Hand-picked ingredients are weaved together, to meet you where you are at, from a range of therapeutic talking approaches as well as embodied and somatic practices if you are open to them.

Carolyn can work with you to:

• Disrupt vicious cycles of stress, burnout and/or anxiety.
• Help you move beyond long-held patterns that hold you back.
• Help you to manage dis-ease, regulate your emotions and tolerate uncertainty.
• Find and listen to your inner-compass, increase your self-confidence and self-worth.
• Empower you to find a way forward with difficulties you might be experiencing such as family or relationship issues.
• Support you to find a new direction in your career or business.

Alongside reducing suffering and building resilience and capability for change, the aim is always to empower you to make the changes you need and want, at a pace that is right for you.

1:1 sessions are held virtually so you can join from the convenience of your own home or a safe place of your choice, wherever you are geographically.

This isn't for everyone, but if you're someone who wants a change maker shoulder-to-shoulder with you on your journey towards lasting change, this might be your opportunity.

If this might be for you, book a free no obligation 30 minute Zoom session with Carolyn below to see if you might be a good fit to work together 1:1.
